Confessions of a Newlywed

I'm thinking about starting a new series about the good, bad, and {not so} ugly of my life as a new wife. These are just a few things I could come up with off the top of my head. I learn NEW THINGS everyday about marriage; some of them are interesting, some are disgusting, some are hilarious, and some are not so cool. I plan on being honest and transparent with you guys so that newlyweds, and even {not so} newlyweds will know

you're not alone!

  1. I steal kisses from my husband when he's asleep
  2. I don't keep a very clean house
  3. I hardly ever cook homemade meals
  4. I don't bake enough
  5. I still have PMS. And it's just as bad; if not worse.
  6. I already want babies.
  7. I don't potty in front my husband.
  8. I don't let the husband potty in front of me.
  9. I'm really bad about ironing my husband's clothes.
  10. I hate hearing couples talk bad about their marriage.
  11. I'd rather sleep in a full size bed than a king size bed with my husband.
  12. Sometimes, I just want to be left alone.
  13. We forget about the marbles almost all the time.
  14. Sleeping in with my husband is my new favorite past time.
  15. I simply cannot do the couponing thing.
  16. I love candlelight.
  17. I have a hard time thinking about Jesus when my hubster leads worship.
  18. I still call my husband by the pet names I did when we were dating.
  19. I drink way too many cokes.
  20. I love being a newlywed and have goals to never leave this state of mind.
What are some of your marriage quirks? I'd love to hear about them! You can email them to me if you want, and maybbb {with your permission} I'll feature your email on my blog. Any takers?

We always forgot the marbles...that's one reason I thought we would let someone else try. The full size bed thing...with you on that one! When Matthew preaches...I never can really hear any of it. I hope that gets better with time!

I guess we are still newlyweds...3 years in August is still new, right?
