reasons why i'm {not} in love with valentine's day

  1. it's way too expensive
  2. i hate the color red
  3. i don't need an excuse to eat chocolate
  4. it's super cheesy
  5. i celebrate love everyday
  6. i have many bad memories from elementary school NOT having a valentine
  7. i got broken up with on valentine's day once
  8. roses aren't my favorite flowers
  9. teddy bears = yuck. dog toys
  10. i hope my husband doesn't need a holiday as an excuse to show me his love
