30 Days of Thanks {Day 3-5}
I knew I would get behind on the weekends! These are pretty self-explanitory! I hope you had a great weekend! I'll post about mine tomorrow! The boutique opened!
30 Days of Thanks {Day 2}
This one is hard. It's hard to be thankful for something that we want to wallow in. It's hard to count it as a blessing. One thing I've learned in my walk with Christ is that He is always teaching me something. Always... The best lessons I've learned have come through the toughest situations in life, but with the great trials come great rewards. God has blessed me far beyond what I could have ever imagined. My life is so different today than how I imagined it 5 years ago, shoot - even 2 years ago when I was preparing to marry my groom. I love it, though! God knows what we want, He knows better than we do! For that I am grateful. So, today... I am grateful for my current trials.
30 Days of Thanks {Day 1}
As you know, well hopefully you've realized by now, that today is the first day of November! This November I'm going to be participating in 30 days of thanks. Hopefully I'll post daily, but I'll at least post every other day! I'm going to be sharing things that I'm truly thankful for. Yes, I'll probably throw in the I'm thankful for Jesus, my family, and other things like that, but I'm going to try and be real with what I'm thankful for in that moment. Like today...
I forgot that bills were due. Now, ten years ago I would have had to run out, write a check, rush to the post office, purchase a stamp, etc... Today, all I have to do is pull up the internet, click, click, click, and I have my receipt in my inbox. I'm thankful for that.
